Who is responsible

Exigent Co., Ltd. is responsible for the personal information it handles through this website and related business inquiries. For privacy questions or requests, contact Amanda, Operations, Compliance and Governance, through our contact form. Our business address is: 1 Rama IX 41 (Thanon Seri 2) Alley, Phatthanakarn Sub-District, Suan Luang, Bangkok 10250, Thailand. Please mark your inquiry “Privacy request”. Hong Kong company registration is in progress; this notice does not identify an unregistered Hong Kong company as the current data controller.

Information and purposes

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, message and any business details or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, assess a proposed business relationship, prepare quotations and manage subsequent correspondence. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal without sufficient contact and project details. Please do not send sensitive personal information or identity documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel.

We rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract where applicable, and our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and managing relationships, balanced against your rights. We may retain information to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where a separate activity requires consent, we will request it separately. Sending an inquiry is not consent to promotional mailing lists.

How the contact form works

The form prepares a draft in your own email application. The website does not submit the form to a server or save its fields in a website database. You must send the draft from your email application before Exigent receives it. Your email provider and our email service providers then process the message as part of delivery and storage.

Website connections and analytics

Our web server receives technical connection information, including an IP address and requested URL, to deliver pages. If access or security logging is enabled, logs may also contain timestamps, browser information, referring pages and response codes. Such information is used for operation, security and troubleshooting, based on our legitimate interests in maintaining the website.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page usage and performance. Your browser loads Cloudflare’s analytics script and sends measurement data to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data or track individuals across customers’ websites. See Cloudflare’s service description and privacy policy. We do not send contact-form field values to the analytics service.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which creates requests to Google that include technical connection information such as your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy. The Facebook icon is an ordinary link, not an embedded feed or Meta tracking pixel. Clicking it takes you to Facebook, where Meta’s own privacy terms apply. This website does not deliberately set advertising cookies or use a Meta Pixel.

Recipients and international processing

Information may be accessed by Exigent personnel who handle your inquiry, email and IT service providers, professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Relevant business information may be shared with suppliers or partners when needed to respond to your request; personal contact details should only be shared where necessary. We do not sell inquiry information.

Email, analytics, font and other service providers may process information outside Thailand. Where transfers of personal data require safeguards under applicable law, appropriate protection or another permitted transfer basis is required. Contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your inquiry.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained while needed to address the inquiry, follow up on a relevant business relationship, or meet legal and claims-related requirements. Relevant factors include whether a transaction proceeds, the last substantive contact, contractual duties, statutory recordkeeping and applicable claim periods. Technical logs, where enabled, are retained for operational and security needs subject to configured rotation. Provider-held information is also subject to the relevant provider’s retention terms. Contact us for the retention arrangements applicable to your information.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request access to and a copy of your personal data, information about its source, correction, deletion or anonymisation, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee through the Office of the PDPC.

Use our contact form to make a privacy request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful limitation on a request.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices or responsible company details change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
